4G - Long Term Evolution

Tutorial Leader: S. Srikanth

Dr. S. Srikanth is the Chief knowledge officer in NanoCell Networks. In addition he serves as Consultant to Airtight Networks and as Visiting Faculty at MIT, Chennai. He delivers training programs to corporates in the area of Wi-Fi and LTE systems.

Dr. Srikanth obtained his BE Degree from Anna University, Chennai and his PhD from University of Victoria, Canada. He worked on OFDM based technologies at AU-KBC Research Centre of Anna University. During 2004-2007 he was awarded Young Scientist Fellowship by the Government of India to work on technologies related to upgrades on 802.11 and 802.16 standards. He began his career as a research associate at the University of Victoria working in the area of DSL and CDMA Systems. After his PhD he joined Harris Corporation to work on baseband algorithms for various wireless standards including IS-136 and 1S-95 systems.


Tutorial Leader: Krishna Kumar

Mr. Krishna Kumar is currently working as Principal Engineer at Yahoo. His work in Advertising and Data Analytics team uses Apache HADOOP extensively for data analysis and business intelligence. He has more than 10 Years’ Experience in Software development and architecture and holds a Masters in Computer Application Degree from Amrita University.
