Important Instructions

Details of sessions will be provided at the time of registration on 10th December 2015.

Each author will get 18-20 minutes for presentation and discussion. Please be available at the Conference Venue on 11th December 2015 well in advance of your session. If you miss the assigned slot for any reason we may not be able to help you.

All authors are required to prepare the first slide of their individual presentations according to a standard format. This slide shows the photo of the Presenter, Name, Organization, Title of the Paper and Paper ID. The PPT template can be downloaded from here.

Power Point presentation and a recently* taken passport size colour photo (50MM X 50MM) of the presenter should be uploaded here before 12:00 HRS IST 07-DEC-2015. In case of revision you will have an opportunity to change the PowerPoint at the time of registration on 10th December 2015.

Please carry valid photo identity on your person.

Students should carry a letter of introduction from their Head of Institution indicating that they are currently enrolled in a recognized academic program.

IEEE Members should show proof of current membership.

Please complete Registration Formalities on 10th December 2015. If there is any difference in the registration fee that should have been paid, you can pay the same in cash at the Registration Desk.

We request you to carry self- attested photocopies of your ID as listed above. This would speed-up your registration on the 10th December 2015 at the Registration Desk. Conference Secretariat will verify your ID and return the originals.

* The photo should have been taken within the last 30 days. This photo will be printed in the certificate to the presenter. If there is difficulty for the session chair to identify you with the uploaded photo you may not be allowed to present the paper.
